The last-mile stage, where parcels already cleared into the country are delivered within Spain through national and regional carriers. It offers home delivery, pickup points and lockers, and accounts for special territories such as the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, so customers get reliable, trackable local delivery.
Return Address in Spain
A local address where customers can send back products they bought online, which makes returns cheaper and faster than shipping abroad. The operator registers, inspects and photographs each returned parcel, then restocks it, forwards it back to the seller or disposes of it, and triggers the refund or exchange.
Buyer online
A personal shopper service in which the platform purchases products on the customer’s behalf from stores that reject foreign cards, restrict sales to local buyers or use unavailable payment methods. The customer pays the platform, the operator buys and receives the item, and it is then forwarded like any other parcel.
